This site is a tribute to David Cooper. 

Dave was a traditional bloke with a glint in his eye. He meant so much to so many people. He was a loving husband, an amazing father to two sons & more recently a cheeky pops to four beautiful granddaughters, who all loved him dearly. 

Dave was diagnosed with Lung Cancer in 2022 and did everything he could to fight it. Despite many intense treatments, his cancer spread, and he lost his battle in 2023. 

He passed away at home with many of his loved ones by his side. This is how he wanted it to be when the time came. This wish was granted by St Catherine’s Hospice and the outstanding care that they were able to provide for him and for his family at the end of his life. The hospice is not only there for the patient but for the family too.

Dave will always be in our hearts and in our memories.
